Recipe --सूजी के गुलाब जामुन /Semolina's Gulab Jamuns

Hindi Version:-- सूजी गुलाब जामुन बनाने की विधि।(3-4 लोगों को परोसें)  सामग्री  1 कप फुल क्रीम दूध। 500 ग्राम चीनी। 3 कप पानी। 1/2 चम्मच इलायची पाउडर। 1/2 कप बारीक़ सूजी  1 चम्मच देसी घी।  विधि  सबसे पहले हमने चासनी बनानी है उसके लिए हमने एक बर्तन लेना है उसमे 3 कप पानी बर्तन मै डालना है ओर फिर गैस को चालू करना है फिर पानी मै हमने 500 ग्राम चीनी डालनी है अब चासनी को हमने उतनी  देर उबालना है जब तक वो चिपचिप न हो जाये।   इसको हमने धीमी आंच मै बनाना है और इसको हमने जाँचते रहना है जब तक यह चिपचिपा ना हो  जाए। फिर  उसको हम दोनों उंगलियों से छू कर देखेंगे कि वह चिपचिपी हो चुकी होगी फिर उसके बाद हम चासनी को स्टोव से हटा कर साइड पर रख देंगे , अब हम रेसिपी के दूसरे भाग की तरफ  चलते है।  सबसे पहले हमने जो एक कप दूध लिया है उसको एक बर्तन मै डालकर पकाना है और दूध को एक उबाल आने के बाद उसमे एक चमच घी डालना है फिर जो आधा कप सूजी हमने ली है वो दूध मै डालनी है पर एक बात ध्यान मै रखना की जो सूजी हमने डालनी है उसको धीरे धीरे दूध मै डालना है ...
